Our Thai ingredients-

-formulated by Dr. Greenwald and refined to perfection over many years are all-natural, made with the finest components and are so easy to use. They are similar in quality to our Italian products but labor is so so much cheaper in Thailand–we pass those savings on to you!

Our gelato bases can be made with fresh milk or powdered. You can buy the powdered milk base complete or without powdered milk and sugar. In addition to white base we also offer a sorbet and sherbet base, a to-die-for yoghurt gelato and Soy So-Delicious, an all-vegetable base. All of our bases are made by adding either milk or hot water to the contents of the bag. Each bag makes one tub of base. Nothing left over. No waste!

Our many flavors are made from fresh Thai fruit. The pastes and toppings are so excellent many European companies buy them in bulk and repackage them under their own name. We add all-natural, imported Italian flavors and aromas to them to intensify the flavor. Our delicious nut pastes are made from Turkish hazelnuts and Italian Piedmont pistachios. to make the base

Add bag of base to

2.5L boiling water

Mix until dissolved

about 3 minutes

Mix thoroughly

No grains on spoon

Chill 2-3 hours then

add to batch machine

Add flavor packet

-and Voila!
